Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how order cancellations and refund requests are handled when you order through Taunton Food Inc's phone ordering service.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel or change an order, call us as soon as possible at (888) 203-0248. Orders that have not yet entered preparation can typically be cancelled without issue. Orders already being prepared or already out for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, generally for situations such as an order that was not delivered, was significantly incorrect, or was cancelled before preparation began. Refund requests should be raised by phone as soon as the issue is known.

How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method used at the time of order, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or significantly delayed, please call us right away so we can make it right — whether that's a redelivery, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
